Immigrax is a private consultancy firm that provides visa assistance services and does not influence or determine the outcome of any visa application.

Scope of Services

Immigrax provides assistance with the scheduling of appointments, acceptance of applications, visa fee collection, and submission of applications to the respective embassies or consulates. We offer consultancy services for the submission of required documentation and track visa applications on behalf of applicants. It must be noted that Immigrax does not participate in the decision-making process regarding the approval or denial of visas. The final decision on all visa applications lies solely with the respective embassy, consulate, or government body, and Immigrax cannot guarantee the approval of any visa.

Liability

Immigrax takes all reasonable precautions to ensure the secure handling of applicants’ documents. However, Immigrax shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay of documents that may occur during transit, whether by courier service, postal service, theft, accident, or any unforeseen event beyond the control of Immigrax. Applicants are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of the information provided in their applications.

While Immigrax works diligently to safeguard all documentation, we shall not be liable for any loss of documents caused by third-party service providers, such as courier companies. If documents are misplaced or lost during transit, Immigrax will assist in the process of applying for replacements, but Immigrax’s liability will be limited to the reimbursement of visa fees charged by the embassy for the reissuance of the visa or passport. Immigrax’s liability does not extend to any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages that may result from such loss or delay.

Third-Party Courier Services

Immigrax relies on third-party courier services to facilitate the return of documents, including passports, to applicants. Immigrax does not control the operations of these courier services and disclaims any responsibility for delays, misplacements, or damages that may occur during delivery. The use of such third-party services is at the applicant’s own risk. Immigrax shall not be held responsible for any losses caused by courier services, whether arising from negligence or any other cause.

In the event that a passport or visa is lost or damaged during transit, Immigrax’s liability is limited to providing assistance in the replacement of the lost or damaged document. The applicant agrees to present the necessary payment receipts from the embassy in order to claim any applicable reimbursement for replacement costs.

Service Fees and Refund Policy

Immigrax’s service fees are charged for consultancy services rendered and are non-refundable under any circumstances. Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all required documentation is provided and that all information is accurate and complete. Immigrax does not issue refunds in cases where a visa application is denied by the embassy or consulate, as Immigrax has no influence over the final outcome of the application.

Payments for services can be made through bank transfers or online payment methods. All fees are subject to realization, and Immigrax reserves the right to amend the terms of service and fees at any time without prior notice. Applicants are encouraged to confirm all applicable fees before submitting their applications.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Immigrax may, at its sole discretion, modify, amend, or withdraw any of the terms and conditions outlined in this disclaimer without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the applicant to review these terms and conditions regularly to stay informed of any updates. No employee or representative of Immigrax is authorized to make changes to the terms of this disclaimer without the prior written approval of Immigrax management.

Governing Law

The services provided by Immigrax are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation to the services provided by Immigrax shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India. By submitting an application through Immigrax, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this disclaimer.

Acceptance of Terms

By using Immigrax’s services, the applicant confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this disclaimer. The applicant acknowledges that Immigrax is acting as a facilitator for visa application submissions and does not guarantee the approval of any visa. The applicant further agrees that Immigrax will not be held responsible for any outcomes or delays in the processing of visa applications.
